Training their newcomers with supervision and help. They also need to listen to the scheduling needs of their student employees.
From the short time I have worked here, I find that they need to speak kinder and actually cooperate and speak with their newcomers (me).
I'm a college student that keeps getting scheduled during school hours even when I tell them my schedule repeatedly and ask for it changed. No one helps me when I need it. At least not well. I'm yelled at and they do not allow me to leave when I am supposed to. I also don't receive breaks.
