Horrible worse place I've ever worked at. I was fired for no reason. Then rehired in different position. Everything was fine until a new agm came in and now things have gotten intolerable and unfair
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel mistreated singled out and discriminated against. With poor efforts at resolving the issue and the unfair treatment is uncalled for.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Personally at my store worry less about your employees who r doing there job and more about the store and product. Can't make food if there isn't any product.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We r all very close even though we bump heads at times we r all there to do a job and we make sure it gets done regardless of the situation
