It was the worst experience with a job and I had about five not including this since I was 12 years old. This place serves poor quality food. They do not fix anything. Everything is basically not working. The workers are over worked. Being told they do not get a break. They prep food over dirt.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication there is none at all.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everyone needs proper training and to be treated respectfully.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The person who interviewed me was from another store.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No machines work. There is always customer complaints. Cold food being served old food being served.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We never even gotten to have one meeting in the two months I was there every meeting got canceled. There was no communication. The managers always got offended when corrected.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I and another manager quit because of the disrespect. I had to wait three weeks for my check. Everyone walks out of that place because we get no pay for months.
