Coworkers are friendly and fun to work with but bosses are horrible. They try to make you stay and work while being sick. They still try to make you come in even though youre sick or physically cant work.

The crew members can be a little rude to customers. It can be improved by management coaching and not tolerating it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel unvalued because they dont tell you that you are valued. They treat you like youre worthless and easily replaceable. You work your butt of for them, work long hours while the lazy employees get to keep their job and make the same pay youre making.
