Okay in the beginning, but after being there so long I realized I was working too hard for such little pay. A great company to work for though.

They at least try to help other employees when struggling.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A rate of pay that accurately reflects the hard work I have to do everyday while all stores are understaffed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be more on top of training employees who struggle at their stations. When employees don't get properly trained, the managers will yell at employees for not being fast enough but the employees just weren't properly trained. Many don't like being yelled at and end up walking away from the job.
