The company is pretty well made job, but the mental health and the under pay affect the worker quite a bit. The employees are not taught to respect your coworkers and so there is a lot of drama.

eating and going home afterwards

The usual customers that come in to visit us.
What did you like most about the interview process?
whenever i spoke to my general manager when i applied. he was very respectful in the beginning
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To get along! The managers need to honestly be retrained whenever it comes to the employees. They are the most stressful part of the job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is okay. My managers have controlling issues whenever they are about the same age of people who are still in high school. Other managers who have been there for a couple of years will be able to manage the employees more respectfully.
