As an employee, from the start less pay from what I agreed upon. Second check missing, and bad management.

Pretty good. Start pay was exciting. Weekly pay and employees discount.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like my hourly wage pay difference. Plus overtime I've worked. My missing check.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If employer gives same responsibilities as the next. Employees should not get pushed out the door.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's ok. Communication could be better between management and employees. My case, no one knows. Unfortunately in that case, loss of pay.
