It was good once i started back in 2016 but over time it changed and stuff have become crazy. Its not what its all cracked up to be when you move up. To being the only team leader and having to work a shift by myself to being shortstaffed and the am wants to to continue working w/no help.

The leadedship can be good but its like once the point if we are not on the same page when it comes to certain important things.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management for sure, if everybody was on the same page when it comes to things then the job would be a good job. I feel like everybody is for themseves when it comes down to it. Nobody wants to work when they need to
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the crew people come in and do their job while others come in an play all day. When it comes to repremending to bad employees the managers dont do what their suppose to do i.e. write ups, sending them home when need be, even firing someone
