Forvthe most part iblice my shift crew! I have no problems with abyone! And if u ask them Im efficient im always on time i have a smile on my face and im ready to work and am a positive attribute to the work place
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid to do my job not what the manager picks and chooses he/she doesnt want to do. Forcexample zarco planned sodework and i completed mine now he demands i do dishes because another employee doesnt want to. That why he gets paid more
