Whataburger is poorly managed. I've been sexually harrassed and retaliated against for reporting it. Every day I struggle alone and no one helps.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to clock out and go home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There isn't anything I find positive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast and I got hired almost immediately.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers don't ever come to work and they are never written up.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Every single thing. They don't communicate and they refuse to empathize. The managers hide out in the office while two cashiers struggle to run the store.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm always the only cashier. I beg for help from managers every single day and they literally refuse to help. I got sent home for being emotional and crying. My manager didn't even ask if I was okay or what was wrong, he just sent me home.
