Pretty good and chill. None of the managers are jerks, none of the employees slack, everyone's pretty friendly. All of the jerks and slackers were eventually fired. The work is good and pays well enough. Often I look forward to work more than school.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we're staffed, when everybody's talking, when the customers are nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and work hard. No slackers, and no pushy guys either.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The talking is pretty good. We have nice conversations to pass the time. Helping people with their food's pretty cool too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't talk to us like lowly workers, but rather like other employees like themselves. We all know we got a job to get done, but we have fun and laugh while we do it. Working hard together and enjoying each other's ccompany.
