You dont have enough space for me to tell you why working at whataburger is not even a C- satisfactory.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to work on their work ethics
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To many people have poor work ethics. Always on their phones. Never wanting to take inititive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Not much to it when a company is in dire need of workers. I start working at the hieght of the pandemic.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They dont listen apparently. I only have one floor manager who I find to be of quality. The otger one moved to another store in another city.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Start with not paying new hire more than those who already work there. It one thing to give a person a raise base on work experience, but hiring on new unexperienced staff at hirer wages is just not right.
