Waste of time out of our stores, threatening us constantly.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Forget the folder process, again to many people involved to make a simple decision
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They change bonus structure constantly, and because they overpromised sales OP's are struggling even though we are up over last year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My DO is amazing ti work for, shoulder to shoulder coaching and is transparent with his team. Sets high expectations, but works to support his team
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Look, it is not complicated. Fast, accurate food, served in a clean restaurant, with great customer service. Thats all we need, not the COO of the company filing out deployment charts and trying to re invent the wheel
