I have been working at the 874 Beach Blvd Jacksonville FL. For 21/2 years, I've never been so insulted in my life to know that I make a 1.75 less than a new hire that knows nothing not cared about this company that I'm representing, with a heavy heart I am now seeking a new restaurant company

The customers, and they love my genuine attitude to make sure the quality and friendly attitude they get every time they return
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To make more than the new hires because I work very hard early bird drive thru , I'm very insulted and feel you do not care about the employees who care about representing you
