Could be better , but ofcourse people get better with time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im the lowest paid at my current store and ive been there for 6 months and not only have i been there for 6 months ive had nothing but open availability may have came to work late but 9/10 im showinn up and staying over!
