Not like it used to be years ago I worked from 2007 to 2017 at the same unit then left for 3 yes and went back 2021 and it is so different makes me not enjoy it anymore when before I loved working there

Mangers need to treat all team members the same even if their not friends

Some know what they are doing others have their favorites and its not equal at all
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm treated fairly and not left feeling like I don't wanna go back the next time I'm working
