What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part and a very essential thing that I could never ever see myself not doing would have to be the 401k and the employers matching contribution. Free money going towards the rest of my future.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the unexpected and yet somewhat personal questions that were asked. I knew by these questions that this was a place that was dedicated to their company and serious about hiring people that would add something great.
What makes you most happy at work?
When everyone is doing their job correctly and efficiently and completing all the daily tasks that keep the store in good shape,which makes everyone's job easier and work flow is smooth because orders are quickly going out ,hot and fresh, at the customers pace.Feeling proud to be representing the W!
