We do not receive any compensation packages as employees.

Being good at my job and not making mistakes, and my other coworkers sharing that same sentiment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Only the male managers are friendly and helpful. The other female managers are spiteful and only care about money.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how much it prepared me for my job. Everything was showcased in my interview and I was working within the week.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Friendliness and willingness to work with employees needs and schedules. Early bird manager does everything. Gerneral manager is only there to cut cost at the expense of us working harder for less hours.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Early bird is the most experienced shift, outselling the other shifts with half the employees required. Long hours and busy, but great for experience and learning your station with experienced employees leading the way in avoiding mistakes and making sure orders are made on time.
