The people that show up to work, do not care about the job, there is no sense of urgency or motivation to do anything at all!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The customers only come to whataburger because its still a gimmick in out market plus its 24/7!! I can almost guarantee this place will be out of business in a year!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work we do in the small amount of time is not worth it, when upper management treats everyone like crap. Many employees/managers are not getting paid! There should be a investigation with the Department of Labor
