I dislike the way im treated by my direct managers and sometimes my fellow co workers. I work on the nightshift and am told that I'm expected to leave an hour after my given schedule unless told otherwise. I AM NOT to leave before 7 without being told i can EVEN THOUGH my schedule says 6.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The downtime we have tends to be filled with jokes and light talking and its somewhat enjoyable though the instant we get busy or slammed if you will it goes right back to terrible.
