I am quite happy working for the company. I've worked in many places and by far whataburger is the most progressive I've encountered. Which encourages growth amongst its high striving employees. However I will say recently labor has taken precedence over the employees being able to make a living pay
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We foster a friendly environment, we don't tolerate hostility among team members and are quick to squash the beef so to say.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was conducted over a year ago but the manager who did was perfessional and let me know exactly what they were looking for in a worker.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best part of my team is how they are all willing to learn, they all want to be the best at what they do and I want to lead them to that
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how they are willing to teach eachother and we all have eachothers backs. I myself am part of the leadership team and we have built a support group where we each support eachother and give helpful criticism to help eachother be better leaders
