There is little to no stress, even when it gets really busy
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, and being mad at a employee and cutting hours down to almost nothing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone that is working the shift are nice, and stress free. It's the scheduling manager that doesn't like certain people and will cut there hours.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I deserve more hours at work. When I arrive, the whole crew is happy I am there l. I am good, and very efficient at my job.
