Managers need to learn how to effectively manage, while also sharing the workload, not stand around and complain constantly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Retaining Employee's. The company as a whole has a huge issue retaining employees. Many leave after a week to only a few months
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I get left alone on the overnight shift from between 3-5am to 6am with just a manager leaving most of the cleaning and prep for the morning shift to me alone.
