Overall whataburger is a great company to work for. I live the flexibility and understanding that the managers and team has for each other. The only thing I wish would change up a bit is benefits for the team members.

We don't get a compensation package.

They are understanding and friendly for the most part.

I would say the most positive thing at work is the way we interact with each other and the customers.

I've been working for the company for almost three years so I was so excited that I got hired by a GM I already knew.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When we have the right people working we get things done quickly and it all looks good. But we have to have the right people.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm nonstop moving, I like to stay busy to make the time go by faster and to feel accomplished at the end of my shift.
