What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Bring back true pride care and love.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was sold on the positive culture. This Proved to be a fairy tale with a month.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Management has hired out of desperation. Low skill and low will workers are in place. Desperation came from upper management forcing compliance of metrics that are impossible to meet.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Telling the truth. Also sticking to what made us great in the past. There is no pride care and love in our company anymore. It is all about making money

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

People are treated like commodities. So many have left on their own or have been fired. Replacement wages are much lower than those fired. Lowering costs this way only increases tension.
