it’s so wishy washy and i do not feel comfortable having a manager that is involved with minors. not do i feel comfortable working with managers that make adjustments to my time when i’m already not being paid what was talked about

everyone does what they want to do. no one thinks about the restaurant as a team
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
everything. no one listens to anything people are saying as far as communication between management and staff. one of the team leaders literally throws temper tantrums and hides in the bathroom during their shift
