No paid holidays is a downside but you get a lot of accrued PTO.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication clear vision from top to bottom. Communicate and execute plan to improve TM benefits, pay scales, and work life balance.

That I can afford to pay bills, feed my family and give to less fortunate...I am blessed

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A clear intention from the company to improve and impact the lives of TMs. The raise structure is outdated, and starting salaries are lagging behind the rest of the job market.

I am severely underpaid, there should be better guidelines for a path to advancement within the company... there is no 401K match and unpaid holidays for salaried employees is a bit "old school". With companies offering unlimited PTO, 401K matches, better salaries... it will be hard for WFM.

Everyone works together to get the job done. There are no "egos". If you have a question, there is always someone available to help you out. Collaboration is great. Everyone knows what they need to do and gets the job done.

They treat me as a human being. One-on-one meetings with my Team Leader are not something to be afraid of. Meetings that include higher level management are not something to be afraid of.
