While my immediate team is great, I see a lot of gaps and inefficiencies in the company. These will hopefully decrease as Tarun and Farhang begin to implement discipline into our practice.

I have a supportive and well respected manager and smart and helpful teammates
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am hopeful about Farhang and Tarun. They have clear vision for the company and are intentional in execution. I've seen them at work and have been impressed and encouraged by their plans to put the company on the right path.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The good ones really care about their work and the impact they have on the betterment of the company. They are thoughtful in their approach and very collaborative in taking the work to the next level with members of the team despite organizational difference.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is appropriate for the description of the role. however, i do have a lot more to offer (and have been contributing beyond expectation) . Hope I will receive fair compensation adjustment in the near future as I continue to go above and beyond my pay grade.
