When I get to interact with my manager, I generally find it fruitful. But it feels like I'm not being given much opportunity to create an impact. The most time-sensitive work is what I seem to enjoy the most.

I struggle to see the impact or importance of my role and my tasks. As well, I feel we are lacking in terms of employee diversity on the technical side.
