People are willing to help each other and communication is great.

People are highly-skilled and hard working. I can learn a lot from working with them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have more empathy for the employees and properly reward the people who stayed at the company despite the company being in bad situation for their contribution and loyalty.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New hires in the company get not only drastically more RSU but even higher base salary than someone like me who's been with the company for a while. Multiple managers departure left my contribution un-recognized. Promo and raise are stingy.
