Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I feel lucky to be on my team. My manager is honestly the best leader I've ever had and I've gained so many new skills during the year I've been at Wish. I'm grateful for the opportunities to help other teams and develop new skills. People are really nice and helpful too.

I love my job and everyone that I work with! I have never enjoyed a job so much or had such a great manager. I genuinely feel lucky to work at Wish. I know the company is doing its best with what we have and care for us employees
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusivity, respect, and leadership seem to care about us employees genuinely.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel comfortable and supported. My ideas are encouraged and listened to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is respectful, open-minded, and genuinely excited about our work. We keep each other hyped!
What makes you most happy at work?
I truly enjoy my job! I really do believe the Wish mission and every day is an opportunity to get us closer to our goal.

So much. It sounds cheesy but I love my job, colleagues, and manager. Wish has a special place in my heart as someone who was a consumer before working here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're genuinely kind people who are passionate about the Wish mission. Leadership is open to my ideas, allows me to present data to support proposals, and encourages me to be my best self.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I love my job and was paid fairly when I was first hired. However, there are managers who have been out for months and I'm covering for them. I'm managing three things while being paid for one.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership team for my department and overall organization is incredible. They're kind, and respectful, listen to my ideas, and encourage me when I have the data to support projects that align with OKRs. I feel motivated and appreciated
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is genuinely kind, open-minded, respectful, and willing to help. We're also incredibly motivated! We also have "question of the day" and "Wish Wednesday watch parties" as team bonding activities. It's nice talking with people who are just as passionate about the Wish mission.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I was paid fairly when I first started this position. However, I've been covering for another manager since December 2022. I was also shifted from managing one area to managing two. I love working at WIsh and understand funds are tight. I'm working toward a promotion opportunity.
