What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There doesn't seem to be much positivity these days

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Improving employee morale and providing resources for employees to properly perform their joibs

What are some of the best things about your team?

My direct team members are fantastic people. Hard working, kind, fun, caring individuals. We have some truly bad seeds though unfortunately

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My manager does not provide any feedback nor does he provide kudos to my team for a job well done when milestones are met

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Employee morale is tanking faster and faster. Benefits and perks taken away. Stock in the toilet. Revenue is dropping like a rock.
