Good people. If I did not have peers I like I would have been depressed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been underpaid and passed over for promotion for years. HR restructures their leveling frequently and accidentally demotes me repeatedly. When I do inquire about what's going on, I am being treated like a liar and I carry all the burden of proof for their mistakes. Extremely demotivating.
