I like that they are hands on and involved in the work directly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The stock values have dropped so much that the competitive compensation that incentivized me to join Wish is no longer competitive. In this I am being asked to do more than is possible. So I have lost money and being asked to do more than I possibly can complete in a 40 hour work week.
