On a daily basis there are things that I see here from a business perspective that absolutely shock me. It is clear that the company is trying to move in a new direction, but without addressing some of the staffing issues, I am not at all confident it will have an impact

There are a lot of interesting opportunities here
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary. Everything else is on par with what I would expect from the market
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nothing. In many instances it's not something that is coachable, and there is a large cohort who needs to get managed out
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very little. They seem to lack a coherent or constructive vision and are incapable or unwilling to hold each other or their subordinates accountable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need a much larger staff of people who are candidly of a lot higher caliber. Also the executive leadership need to enforce standards on their teams
