I think the company needs to hire smart folks and perhaps have better ways for 'increasing' performance. People work hard but not smart or efficient and that needs to change. But I can see that happening very soon!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no parity of pay and you can see a report getting paid more than the manager.
What makes you most happy at work?
The amount of work - but also the ability to contribute to the bottom line- everything you do has an impact that you can see directly!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is motivated and willing to learn. They are respectful and not political. Confrontation is handled in a mature way and overall it feels 'easy' to work here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is nice and forgiving and gives everyone not one, not two but many chances. People are protective of each other even if they have differences. Overall - everyone is really really really nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Accessibility - the leadership team is always accessible and have no qualms or airs about them. Like that it's always so easy and genuine. Simple and to the point- Leadership is not overly political or secretive. What they are doing, why they are doing it is very obvious and that is unique!
