What is the best part about your compensation package?

I like the pay a lot

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone is friendly and quite a few a very knowledgable.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I think that the current structure (at least on the team I am on) is that everyone on the team has their own projects they are working on. This can be problematic if assigned a large project that is not interesting. I think agile may improve this by having overlap in projects and assigning tasks.
