if it calculated with working hours, I think it is still undervalued.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

care about the bottom people doing. Sometimes the tasks just give from the top but the completed time are tight and resources are limited. We face lots of pressure from the manager.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

could the company take care about the team atmosphere better? In big team meeting, I always feel the pressure and angry atmosphere, which makes teammates sad and not that motivated in a good way. Could the company assign a HR (atmosphere) to some teams that miss their recruiters during the pandemic?
