What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Ability to shift priorities and respond to changing trends / environments dynamically

What are some of the best things about your team?

Eng is strong; PM team started out strong but feels more political over the last 4-5 months especially as we scale the org

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team especially the Wish leadership team that has been around for several years is great. The departure of Tarek is being missed a little in terms of technical savvy and action oriented-ness

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

1, people very territorial about some projects (ex: merchant videos) 2, a lot more talk and not as much action on marketplace and consumer pm teams 3, data driven approach and product / technical guidance from leadership unclear. Bottoms up approach requires strong IC employees
