I like the fact that our teammates can be very candid and open with one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the accessibility and humility of senior leaders. Many are willing to connect with people at all levels of an organizatoin.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Prioritization and clarity about strategy. Activity is not the same as progress. To improve here, there needs to be clarity on Wish's unique value proposition and the strategy to get there. Each manager needs to filter out work their team is doing that doesn't support that strategy.
