Lots of potential. There needs to be tighter flows and processing's. Also more headcount so when someone is on PTO/sick someone can easily jump in and help the team survive. When someone is gone from our team we are drowning in work. I often work overtime and on the weekends just so I can "catch up"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't really feel a "culture" working remotely.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Small but mighty. They show a lot of perseverance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finishing projects. When folks on other teams recognize my efforts. Working with new hires.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish I'd received, or been offered a bonus when I lost my manager and was doing work outside of my initial pay grade.
