Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay a fair market rate and when you cut resources necessary for the company to succeed, including reducing staff or not investing in R&D or keeping no stock of components or equipment and place increasing burdens on the remaining employees then compensate them for doing multiple jobs.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The people-but increasingly the last couple years the employees bond over frustration with the unbelievable inefficiency of the corporation and how elitist and detached management is. No one will say anything in negative in company surveys because they will hold more meetings but incapable of change

They’ve put in so many processes and procedures that it may not be recoverable at this point. It takes months to accomplish tasks that small companies can do in days. We are so far behind on R&D and putting out new products that all they can do is buy small compa

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Extremely long. Many interviews with many decision makers over several months-intense and be weary of passing on another opportunity with high pay while waiting. Even if you continue to progress through all levels of interviews and succeed in getting an offer,it may be well below industry standard
