Overall I don't have bad experiences and have enjoyed my time and hope to continue working here. I do wish all employees were held to the same standards. My only other vice is that there should be more PTO
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The free health care would be the biggest benefit and without it I feel like myself and others wouldn't stay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Since I've started at the company years ago I feel like all higher teams fail to communicate not only with each other but also other teams and the regular level employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't speak for outside my team but I do enjoy the closeness we have. It was a team member's birthday recently and we got together with cake and pizza which is always nice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do feel like those newer to the company have less benefits, mainly PTO, because of how contracts have changed over the years. That on top of our paid holidays constantly being threatened doesn't make for the greatest work-life balance. Factually workers that feel appreciated do more/better work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since moving to Subro, a smaller team, I do enjoy the camaraderie we share. I started working shortly before covid so I'm not close with many other people in the company and there aren't many opportunities to do so working all from home but since moving teams I am happy to interact with those I see.
