Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I won't say that I feel undervalued, it's just the pay does not align with the cost of living where I reside and am employed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that my supervisor/Director ensures that the tasks that are assigned to me for the day is available to me at the beginning of each shift.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always willing to answer any questions I may have, and are eager to assist.. I have learned a great deal in such a short amount of time.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the work that I do. Processing claims and reaching out to members to ensure their claims are being processed in a timely fashion makes me feel great about what I do.
