It was a struggle in the beginning. There needs to be an easier way to onboard new employees so they have the tools to succeed on day 1. Lots of bureaucracy and red tape. Not having an IT person in the office is a challenge.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It has been a disaster since day 1. I'm putting in my two weeks- notice tomorrow (5/15/2025). I felt I have just been setup for failure with limited training. Big mistake taking this job unfortunately is how I have felt.

There is not a strong work culture

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not really sure. It may be a bad fit for me personally.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work is work. Obviously I would prefer to play golf or go to the beach everyday.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's the pay. Health care coverage is only so so compared to what I've previously had.

I don't have any answers, but I am surprised this company is still in business to be honest.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Annual bonus and raise. It's just a very negative culture. No one i know is happy working here.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'm a 42 year old male and I don't work with any of my peers which is a bummer, so i have no friends at work. No one takes ownership it seems.
