What makes you most happy at work?
Being well received by some of the staff. And it makes it enjoyable to be at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Currently, I have other insurance. But one day I may have to change and will make that decision.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of the departments in the Covina office need more structure they don't adhere to the CBA they work under.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have been with Zenith 7 months and I'm very happy with the leadership I work with Mary Laffey, she is available to me and checks in to make sure all is well. And if she is away at meetings we can also reach out to Robert Palinsky.
