Being able to complete a project or close out a concern for member or Fund satisfaction.

There long term goal of the company. The attention they give when you are talking about an idea/concern.

My team works together great, they all support one another and always willing to jump in and help anyone at a moments notice.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO earned other than when you cannot use it due to work load an ability to cash in a week or two would be nice.
