The team. People make coming to work easy and fun. We all have the same goal that's to service our members .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been offered more money to go other places. It is hard as many employee leave for more pay. Being paid on a higher scale like others in the industry would be great. I love what I do and my team. But higher pay would allow me more time to be hands on and also to reward the team I have.
