I have worked for Zenith for 15+ years, there have been many changes and challenges but overall I love working here. I would like to see the executive leadership team be more involved with the local offices and I would like to see the local offices be move involved in the community.

my executive team and peers are positive however there is quite a bit of negativity from the bargaining unit in our office
