Cut too many positions, just to cut positions, not rhyme or reason to it.

Too much is expected. Could we slow it down?

No longer have to deal with the grossly incompenent Mike Toomer.

I don't care. I am retiring, so I can get away from this.

Fire the owners. There is a reason private equity has such a negative reputation.

I have more seniority than them. We just need more of them in this country.

Pay more attention to the employees and less to the owners. Private equity owners are vampires.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health Care. I make my deductible by April and then I am covered at 100 % for the rest of the year.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The experience that some of them bring. It is easier to talk with team members who understand what is going on with the business.
